Melbourne Water required a team with strong science literacy, communication, and strategic skills to examine the organisation’s education programs and develop a Future Directions Plan to 2025 and an associated implementation approach.
What we did
Working to support the project lead Scientell we supported the framing of the Future Plan, offered technical and strategic reviews of the current program and options for the future.
Engaged with the Melbourne Water team to co-create a plan that was focused, owned by them and their crucial stakeholders, and with a sensible and scaled implementation roadmap.
