What we did

  • Worked with the Chair and Executive Officer to plan the most effective workshop process to achieve the objectives.

  • Fully planned, developed and delivered the half-day strategic workshop

  • Prepared a short synopsis of the workshop discussion and decisions for use of the RLG to agree on their next steps

  • Debrief with Chair and Executive Officer about their roles as leaders to maximise the shared objectives.

The Result

The RLG received the outputs and has altered their focus, program and work plan based on the workshop process. The actual report/s are confidential however information on the broader program is available here.
