The SouthEast Council Climate Change Alliance needed an executive-level evaluator and storyteller
for a major project to assess the vulnerability of assets, evaluate the project live and adapt
it, and create a toolkit and guide for councils to learn the lessons from this project.
What we did
Implemented an adaptive management approach to help the project control group make decisions driven by the project’s principles and logic.
Evaluated the project live.
Worked with partners Scientell to capture the story, the ups and downs and lessons learned so that other councils can deliver asset vulnerability assessments.
